	Clutches & Timing Belts
	Clutch: If your clutch slips and you have trouble changing gears, it is time to get your clutch changed. We offer competitive pricing to change them for you.
	Timing Belt: Timing belts should be checked regularly. Timing belt failure will cause terminal engine failure, which will be extremely costly. Preventative maintenance is recommended. [Back to Top]
	Suspension & Brakes
	Suspension: With the increasing amount of pot holes on Aberdeen roads, more and more vehicles are coming into garages to get their suspension changed because of the damage pot holes are causing. We can change your suspension components relatively cheaply.
	Brakes: It is extremely important to get your brakes checked and replaced on a regular basis. Failure to do so is not only putting yourself and your passengers lives in danger, but other road users and pedestrians too. [Back to Top]
	Tyres, Exhausts & Batteries
	Tyres: Are your tyres in good condition and road legal? The law states they have to be! 3 points and £1000 fine per tyre is what you will get if stopped and your tyres are not legal. Why not come in by and let us check them for you?
	Exhausts: Is your exhaust heavily corroded or noisy? Did you know that a hole in your exhaust is one of the causes of excess fuel consumption? And can switch your engine management lights on? If you are experiencing any of these, we will be happy to change it for you!
	Batteries: It is important to have your battery checked, especially in the winter. Failure to do so could result in you becoming stranded. Your electrics in your car will not work and your engine will not start if your battery goes flat. In today’s modern cars, there are so much electrical components that require power. 	Diagnostics, Airbags, ABS & Engine Management
	Diagnostics: With more electrics appearing in modern cars, many problems can be hard to diagnose - from lights not working to engine management faults. At Amnycada we have the software to help diagnose those faults.
	Airbags: Not all airbags deploy in the event of an accident. Would you like to take that risk? If your airbag light comes on, we can check that fault and rectify if necessary.
	ABS (Advanced Breaking System): If your ABS light comes on, it is important to get this checked. Failure to do so can affect your breaking performance. Also if your vehicle is going through an MOT, it will fail if your ABS light is on.
	Engine Management: Is your engine management light on? This can be the cause of many engine faults. Trying to diagnose the problem can be very difficult in modern engines. We have the software to communicate with the majority of modern vehicles, finding the fault easier and quicker saving our customers' money. [Back to Top]
	MOT Repairs, Welding & Warranty
	MOT: While Amnycada does not have MOT facilities, but we can take your car to be MOT’d for you and repair it if necessary in the event of an MOT failure. If you prefer to get your car MOT’d yourself, we are happy to do the repairs should you need them.
	Welding: There is now a growing number of garages who are not willing to take on welding. Fortunately, Amnycada is not one of those garages. We charge £60 a patch plus an hourly rate if anything needs to be dismantled.
	Warranty: You can now take your car to our garage and not just your main dealer to get repairs. This will not affect your warranty! According to new government legistration, any garage can now do the work (Right to Repair). [Back to Top]
